Bare Boho Branding Case
Bare Boho is a candle company based in US.
When the owner contacted me about branding and designing a label, they've sent me some ideas for a logo, but there was no strategy behind it. The concepts were mostly based on 'boho' style. The solution that I've suggested is to start with finding out what they want to express through the brand and who will be their audience. I've asked about emotions related to their products, values and who they see as potential clients. By using a questionnaire and performing a competition research, I helped Bare Boho with clarifying their strategy. I've created mood boards with two brand directions. The option with more earthy colours and joyful vibe has been chosen.
Brand identity for the Bare Boho is full of warm, earth colours. The logo is based on a monogram of two 'B' letters. Sun symbol appears as a key visual. The overall brand impression is cosy, but elegant. The joy of life and balance is expressed by the brand identity.
The strategy is based on positive things in life, which the company is sharing with their audience, it's about finding balance in busy life.
